Position:
The School Director is responsible for the overall management of the school.
He/she is involved in organizing the work of the teams, participates actively in business development and initiates process improvement projects.
More specifically, its missions are as follows:
- He/she is actively involved in daily tasks, distributes work within the team and supports the team in monitoring their activities, in a spirit of continuous improvement,
- He/she is actively involved in the school's business development to improve occupancy rates,
- He/she is redesigning administrative processes to improve reliability and responsiveness,
- He/she sets an assertive hierarchical framework and works to bind teams together,
- He/she promotes pedagogical innovation, including through digital technology,
- He/she takes charge of any specific projects requested by the Group.

Ideally, you have the following profile:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' professional experience, including a significant amount as a Profit Center Manager, ideally in higher education.
We're looking for an experienced local manager, capable of inspiring a dynamic team.
Both pedagogical and framing, he acts as a real unifier.
Extremely rigorous and reliable, he is able to get involved in solving operational problems.
