Talent Sourcer: The Talent Sourcer is in charge of identifying the candidates that correspond to our mandates, evaluating them over the phone and positioning them on the associate or consultant's agenda.
Consultant: Consultants are responsible for developing a portfolio of clients, managing active clients and conducting recruitment assignments in their entirety.
