SILVERLANE is recruiting for the Institut Supérieur des Professions de Santé (ISPS), a private higher education group comprising schools and institutes specializing in paramedical professions, as well as training organizations dedicated to practicing healthcare professionals.

 

ISPS is home to the Institut Supérieur d'Optique, a network of 12 schools in France, including ISO Lille. This campus offers top-quality teaching and has a very good brand image. The curriculum can be followed on a continuous or sandwich basis, and is not subject to student quotas.

 

ISO Lille is :

  • Around 400 students each year,
  • A budget of around 2.5 million euros,
  • BTS, Bachelor's or Licence courses.

 

Position:

 

The School Director is responsible for the overall management of the school. In a highly competitive environment, he/she plays an active role in the school's development and initiates process improvement projects. He/she coordinates multiple transformation projects.

 

More specifically, its missions are as follows:

 

  • He/she is responsible for a team of 4 people covering the following activities: admissions, corporate relations, schooling, invoicing, pedagogy,

 

  • He/she establishes a clear hierarchical framework and creates a positive working atmosphere within teams,

 

  • He/she is actively involved in daily tasks, distributes work within the team and supports the team in monitoring their activities, in a spirit of continuous improvement,

 

  • He/she ensures the excellence of the pedagogical content offered by his/her school,

 

  • He/she boosts the development of the campus: student occupancy rates, strengthening the development of the network of partner companies, etc,

 

  • He/she supports the implementation of a new ERP system, with the aim of improving reliability and responsiveness,

 

  • He/She ensures that the premises are always in optimum operating condition,

 

 

This description is not restrictive, it takes into account the main responsibilities.

 

 

Ideally, you have the following profile:

 

You have a minimum of 8 years' professional experience, including a significant part as Head of a Training Center or Higher Education Institution.

 

You are experienced in close management, capable of instilling a positive and serene climate within your teams.

 

You are both a teacher and a supervisor, and act as a real team-builder.

 

With strong leadership skills and exemplary reliability, you are able to get involved in solving the school's day-to-day problems and carrying out operational tasks.
